mnemonic listed as Notable Threat Intelligence Service Provider in Gartner report

mnemonic is pleased to be identified as a Notable Threat Intelligence Service Provider in the Gartner report Competitive Landscape: Threat Intelligence Services, Worldwide, 2017.

Gartner also mentions mnemonic as one of three providers adding operational technology (OT) specifc threat intelligence.

The report highlights the following findings:

Key Findings

  • Gartner expects budget prioritization on threat intelligence (TI) services and subsequent spend to increase. Spending is driven by an improved understanding of the value these services bring, as well as pressure to tackle advanced attacks.
  • However, buyers are still confused about the value TI can deliver and the types of services that are suitable to their organization, which is inhibiting potential growth opportunities.
  • Digital business initiatives are driving new TI solutions to the market that cater to areas such as vendor risk management, physical security and the Internet of Things (IoT).
  • The integration of TI capabilities across different security controls is increasing. Gartner expects the security market to leverage the value of TI as maturity improves.
